Falsterbo is conveniently situated near to the major cities Copenhagen (in Denmark) and Malmö (in Sweden). Copenhagen Airport is served by a number of international airlines, including low-cost carriers such as Easyjet, Air Berlin and Transavia. Trains run every 20 minutes to Malmö. Buses run between Malmö Central Station and Falsterbo with regular intervals and bicycles can be hired in Falsterbo. All major hire car companies are present at Copenhagen airport and the drive to Falsterbo only takes 45 minutes via the bridge and tunnel that connect Sweden and Denmark.
If you enter Sweden from Stockholm–Arlanda Airport there are flights to both Malmö Airport and Copenhagen Airport. There are also flights from Bromma Airport, but only to Malmö. From Malmö airport it takes 45 minutes to drive to Falsterbo and major car hire companies are represented at Malmö Airport. There are airport coaches from Malmö Airport to Malmö Central Station, with the possibility of travelling onwards by bus to Falsterbo. Bicycles are available for rent in Falsterbo.
It is also possible to travel by sea from Poland and Germany and enter via the ports of Malmö, Trelleborg, Karlskrona or Ystad. These cities are connected via train or bus with Malmö from where the buses to Falsterbo depart. See TT-line, Stena Line and Polferries.
